Pro-Points.


What are Pro-Points?

Pro-Points act as a ranking structure to give players access to Monthly/Yearly leaderboards.
Players with the most Pro-Points at the end of the month are rewarded with additional Cash Prizes.

Round Timings :

Round 1 - 12:00 to 12:30 PM
Round 2 - 12:30 to 1:00 PM
Round 3 - 1:00 to 1:30 PM
Round 4 - 1:30 to 2:00 PM
Round 5 - 2:00 to 2:30 PM

Players are required to connect with their opponents in the Clan.
Disputes are to be reported on Website Chat Support.
Matches to be completed within the mentioned Round Time.
Inability to report scores within the time frame will lead to DQ.

General

  • This page contains the comprehensive rules governing gameplay and conduct. Whilst we have endeavored to ensure all rules provide adequate guidance to meet all eventualities, instances may occur where teams feel that further guidance is needed. In such an event, contact a member of the Admin Team.
  • These rules are subject to change at any time before the registration deadline, so check them often. In extremely rare cases, rules may be altered after the tournament has started. All competitors involved in GamingMonk events are expected to know and understand all of the rules. Not knowing that a rule existed is not an excuse for breaking that rule.
  • Users are prohibited from sharing account information. This includes, but is not limited to the following: usernames, passwords, gamertags, email accounts, etc. If another person accesses your account, you may be disqualified from the tournament. This includes giving out your password to allow others to account recover your Google Play Games/ iOS Account.
  • It is the responsibility of the player to ensure the Nickname/Player ID they use, matches the Nickname/Player ID listed on their GamingMonk profile. If a player's Nickname/Player ID is incorrect, you will be disqualified from the tournament.
  • Prizes are awarded to 1st and 2nd placed players only. In order to be eligible for the award, all teams must play their matches in its entirety. If either player withdraw from the competition at any time in the run up to the final, they waive all rights to any prize claims.
  • Users are not permitted to compete in more than one tournament at a time as this may delay the tournament, any team found competing in 2 or more Tournaments will be disqualified from both tournaments.
  • Participation in a Tournament competition constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Rules, the Official Rules, and Admin decisions, which are final and binding in all matters.

 

 Competition Guidelines

  • Any rule being broken may lead to disciplinary action. This action will be at the discretion of the Admin(s) involved, and the situation will be taken into account. Punishment may include, but not be limited to forfeits, temporary and permanent bans
  • All participants in any GamingMonk competition will be required to uphold to the highest standards and observe common sportsmanship. Being abusive in any way towards fellow players or admins will also result in disciplinary action.
  • Any form of cheating or unsportsmanlike behavior may result in a forfeit of a Match or Ban from GamingMonk Events. Punishable unsportsmanlike behavior includes, but is not limited to excessive use of foul or degrading language.
  • All players MUST be contactable on the website.

 

Game Rules

  • All matches have to be played as a normal match and not as any other game mode or special challenge

  • The Clans shall remain closed at all times and shall be opened 5 minutes prior to the tournament start time.

 

Assigned clan is full

  • In case the assigned clan in the fixtures page is full, the players need to contact each other via chat on the portal and decide other official clan to meet in and also inform the GamingMonk Admins regarding the same.
  • In case one player is in the assigned clan and the other can't join because the clan is full, the player that can't join needs to contact his opponent via chat and decide other official clan to meet in and also inform the GamingMonk Admins regarding the same.

 

 

 

Decks & Cards

  • Players can use any cards they wish in their deck.
  • Players can change their decks in between battles.

 

Friendly Battles

For a best of 3 match, each player needs to send a friendly battle invite. The top seeded player/ 1st player must start first.

  • The top seeded player/1st player in each fixture creates the first friendly battle request.
  • The bottom seeded player/2nd player in each fixture creates the second friendly battle request.
  • The top seeded player/1st player in each fixture creates the third friendly battle request.

 

Gameplay/Disconnects

  • If a player disconnects during the battle, they will forfeit that game, and the remaining 2 matches should be played.
  • The player has 5 minutes to reconnect after he loses connection, otherwise he will lose the entire match.
  • In the event of a disconnect, a screenshot of the occurrence should be taken as proof and shared with the admin in case of any disputes.
  • In case of any unforeseen/genuine connectivity issues, the GamingMonk Admin staff must be notified
  • In the event a player is online, has played at least 1 battle but it is not responding within 10 minutes to any of the contact provisions provided by GamingMonk, that player shall be disqualified.
  • In case of a draw the friendly battles must be continued until there is one winner.

 

Reporting

  • Both players must report the Match results within 5 minutes of its completion.
  • The report score function will only display 10 minutes after the designated start time of the fixture.
  • Both players must enter the result.
  • If both players enter the result differently, a member of the Admin Team will be notified of the discrepancy and will intervene.
  • Players found to be deliberately mis-entering results may face disciplinary action from the Admin Team.
  • If a Match is not played, and neither players reports a No Show, both players will be removed after 15 minutes.
  • With your camera or phone, take a video or picture of the stats screen, send the evidence to the admin dealing with your issue in private message. Video evidence is preferred over picture although both are taken.
  • If a Screenshot(s) or Video(s) is needed in order to resolve a dispute, you must clearly state what the issue is, the time in the video in which the issue occurred, and/or what the GamingMonk Staff member should be looking at in the Screenshot/Video. For all cheating claims, the burden of proof is on the accuser.

 

Conduct

  • All participants in any GamingMonk competition will be required to uphold to the highest standards and observe common sportsmanship. Being abusive in any way towards fellow players or admins will also result in disciplinary action.
  • Anyone who has been caught cheating in any GamingMonk tournament may be suspended from all future GamingMonk tournaments. GamingMonk Admins will review cases and players may be suspended for a period of not less than one month and is subject to review by GamingMonk admins for readmission after that point. If a player is caught cheating in a GamingMonk match, their team shall forfeit that game.
  • Players are expected to compete in a professional manner. Throwing a match, halting play without cause, or showing a flagrant lack of effort will be construed as a violation of player conduct, and will result in match forfeit and disqualification from the GamingMonk tournament.

Prizes

  • All results and final placements are verified by GamingMonk staff before prizes are awarded.
  • We aim to credit Prize Money and ProPoints to your wallet after completion of the tournament.

GamingMonk Staff

  • To contact an admin from the GamingMonk staff, click on the chat button on the bottom right corner of the screen.
  • GamingMonk Staff can be contacted to answer any questions or solve any dispute you may have during a Match.
  • Verbal and/or written abuse of a GamingMonk Staff member will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to Forum Posts, Private Messages, and network messages. The user violating this rule will be subject to penalties.
  • GamingMonk Staff members have the discretion to make necessary calls to ensure the match is completed successfully. When in a match, the GamingMonk Staff member's call is final and must be followed. Failure to do so will result in penalties for your team.

Miscellaneous

The rules are open to many different interpretations. The only interpretation, which matters, is the interpretation of the Admin team. We reserve the right to modify the rules at any time. This includes changes due to software updates or releases, and any other change deemed necessary by the league. You must understand that the rules listed are guidelines to try and ensure fair and competitive play, and they will be applied by officials based on the spirit of the game. Teams should check the rules prior to any event to ensure they are in compliance. They should also keep an eye on the website, as changes will be announced on the website. You must be familiar with the current rule set.

Runner up – INR 2,000 & 1,250 Pro Points.

3rd & 4th - 650 Pro Points.

5th - 8th - 350 Pro Points.


At the end of each month, Top players on the Pro Points leaderboards will be awarded cash prizes.
