COD Modern Warfare – AK-47 Best Attachments and Loadout Guide

The AK47 is an extremely powerful rifle in Modern Warfare that unlocks pretty late. So let’s check out one of the best balanced loadouts for this gun.

The AK47 is one of the most highly recommended weapons to use in this game. It’s got a lot of power and with a bit of good aim, can drop enemies to the floor in an instant. The only sad part is that you need to play and level up to level 53 to unlock. You can use a loadout of the gun as part of the demolition class though to get a feel of the gun before you unlock it.

Enough about the gun though, let’s take a look at the best attachments to get a balanced AK 47 that’s great for objective based gameplay as well as a bit of aggressiveness.

Starting off with the Muzzle: Use the Muzzle Break

For the Barrel: Use Spetsnaz Elite

For the Stock: use the Skeleton Stock

For the Underbarrel: use the Tactical Foregrip

And finally for the Rear Grip: use the Rubberized Grip Tape

This attachment setup is all about versatility but excels at Objective Game modes. The attachments improve accuracy, range, mobility and control without harming the other stats much. This results in a gun that is a lot of fun to use.

Now that you’re done with the attachments, you’ll want a secondary weapon to go with this deadly AK47. So for the secondary I recommend the JOKR Launcher which will help you take out enemy kill streaks.

Next up is Perks. Here’s you’ll want to use EOD for Perk 1. This perk will increase your resistance to non-killstreak explosives. So you’ll be able to stay alive for longer and eat more grenades before dying.

The next perk you’ll want to use is Ghost for Perk 2. This will hide you from digital surveillance meaning you wont show up on the radar. It also Hides your death markers. Which is great. If you’re more into utilizing Killstreaks, you can use Hardline.

For your last perk you’ll want Shrapnel which gives you an additional piece of lethal equipment. This increases your firepower and ability to clear out groups of enemies and objective points.

This perks helps you become very lethal but also helps hide you from enemies allowing you to flank them.

For lethal equipment, you can use a frag grenade or Semtex. I personally use semtex because it can stick to surfaces which can help set up traps or to clear out areas. Plus, hearing the beeps before you get notified of your kills is very satisfying.

For non-lethal i suggest using the Stun Grenade even though you can also use a Flashbang. Stun Grenades will heavily hinder the enemy’s ability to react making them sitting ducks. Works great when they’re grouped up.

Onwards we go to killstreaks. This heavily comes down to your playstyle. The first one you should get is the Personal Radar. This will help you get eyes on the enemy and will help you be prepared for what’s around the map.

The next one you should get is Counter UAV. When used with the Ghost perk, this will really help disorient enemies and disrupt their UAVs giving you the advantage.

And finally, you should get Cruise Missile. Time it well and you can clean up a majority of their team in one good hit.

Besides these you can also swap one of them for a VTOL which helps mop up the battlefield.

And finally for the field upgrade, you can Stopping Power if you want to deal out more damage or Trophy System to help keep you alive.

Stopping Power is great if you’ve got those low requirement kill streaks allowing you to shred enemies since it increases the damage dealt by your bullets.

While Trophy System is good if you’ve got something like the VTOL or White Phosphorus equipped which means you’ll want to stay alive longer. Trophy System does this by helping destroy lethal and tactical equipment so you’ll be temporarily safe from those.

That’s about it. You now have a strong, versatile AK47 loadout that will help you crush enemies with ease. As always, you can change certain things up a bit to make them more tuned towards your playstyle.
